Global New Store Format Associate Director

We are seeking a candidate for our Global Marketing team to fill the role of Global Store Planning Manager.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of all design processes for stores across EMEA, AMERICAS, and APAC regions. Key responsibilities include workload management, delivering presentations to top management, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as brands, markets, and real estate teams to ensure smooth information flow.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities :
* Manage workload by defining the pipeline of weekly layouts and projects.
* Coordinate with country construction departments to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
* Engage with General Management, brand teams, and local real estate teams on project development and reviews.
* Verify store layouts and coordinate with the team in preparing detailed drawing sets.
* Ensure accurate project documentation for ongoing projects in detailed drawing sets.
* Perform take-off checks to verify delivery accuracy.
* Oversee fixture design development and verify final outputs aligning with design intent.
* Check construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate design and procurement activities, including forecasting, production quantities, and Bill of Materials uploads.
* Create and maintain construction guidelines, including architectural details, finishes, and fixture catalogues.
Network of Interaction :
* Internal: CEO, Leadership Team, Country GMs, Design team, local construction teams, Procurement.
* Educational Background: Master’s degree in Architecture or Design.
* Architectural design skills: Knowledge of managing a portfolio of brands within a multinational context.
* Project management: Highly organized, experienced in managing multiple projects within a matrix organization, results-oriented, creative problem solver, capable of working under strict deadlines.
* Communication: Experienced in project presentations, interpersonal relationships, and teamwork; proficiency in English is essential.
* Fluency in Italian is required.
* Proven team management skills.
