We are seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join the CRM Department, reporting to the Team Leader, to support marketing automation and tactical campaigns post-booking. Key Accountabilities Design, schedule, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns, including one-shot, recurring, triggered, and dynamic campaigns. Create and deploy email campaigns, editing and verifying content, layout, links, and dynamic content. Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with the team to optimize results. Report key metrics to stakeholders weekly and monthly. Troubleshoot technical issues, manage list segmentation, and oversee email execution. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign management and guest engagement. Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, or French). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, AJO, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred. Background in Digital Marketing or CRM is advantageous. Self-motivated with proactive teamwork skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Visa Requirements Right to work in Italy.
