YOUR TASKS
* Operational scheduling of transports, taking schedules and costs into account
* Efficient communication with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure a smooth process
* Monitoring and tracking deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in perfect condition
* Maintain accurate stock levels between Loacker systems and logistic partners
* Working closely with other departments such as production, sales and purchasing to optimise logistics processes
* Processing customer orders and forwarding them to the relevant logistics centers
* Identification of optimization potentials in the existing logistics processes
YOUR PROFILE
* Ideally experience in operational logistics
* Knowledge of Excel to analyze and manage data
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure
* Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
* Team orientation and good communication skills
* Fluency in Italian and English, German represents an advantage
