PpbCeme Group /b is looking for a bDemand Planner, /breporting director to the Senior Planning Logistic Manager EMEA /p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Demand Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining reliable demand forecasts to ensure optimal service performance and inventory levels. This role supports the end-to-end supply chain by aligning demand signals with supply capabilities and overall business objectives. /p ul liDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on statistical models, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs /li liMonitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of deviations /li liCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning to align demand plans with business objectives /li liSupport the monthly SOP process by executing Step 2, providing demand insights and scenario planning /li liPerform Demand Sensing and Forecast Consumption activities in alignment with the Customer Service department, evaluating forecast and order deviations /li liManagement Engineering or similar /li liExperience with demand planning software (e.g. SAP IBP or similar) /li liStrong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory planning /li liExperience in manufacturing industries is preferred /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration /li liAbility to work with data-driven insights and manage complexity /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
