We assist investors and companies in claiming compensation for mis-sold or mismanaged financial instruments.Currently, one of our main focus areas is the SNS Reaal and SNS Bank subordinated bonds case, involving legal actions for affected bondholders (more information available on our English website).We are expanding our English-speaking outreach and are looking for a Client Consultant to support our business development activities.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Client Consultant to manage contacts with potential clients and present our services in a clear, professional, and engaging way.You will be part of a dynamic team and work closely with management to improve communication scripts, interaction quality and lead generation effectiveness.Main ResponsibilitiesHandle primarily inbound contacts from potential clients seeking information about our services.Communicate in a professional and engaging manner, gathering key information.Identify and qualify “valid contacts” based on internal criteria.Accurately update interactions and notes in company systems.Collaborate with the team to continuously improve communication approaches.RequirementsEnglish proficiency at (near-)native or C2 levelStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.Previous experience in customer contact roles is a plus, but not required; junior profiles are welcome.Good organizational skills and reliability in following processes.PlusExperience in financial services (trading, investments, banking, insurance, etc.).Familiarity with VoIP or client communication platforms (e.g., EasyCall or similar).Experience in international environments or with international clients.Contract and CompensationCollaboration duration: approximately 6 months.Contract type: flexible (collaboration agreement or Co.Co.Co.), to be defined during the interview process.Working time: part-time with flexible scheduling.Work mode: 100% remote.Compensation: base pay defined according to experience.Bonus scheme: additional incentives based on the number of signed mandates.
