We are looking for a passionate IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join the ICT Department, located in Marghera (VE) -preferably- or Milano (MI).
\n
Our Technology & Infrastructure team manages a global technological ecosystem powered by Microsoft, Cisco, and Apple technologies, supporting over 200 retail and corporate locations worldwide. As our IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be the focal point for planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure projects.
\n
This is not a purely administrative role: we expect you to have a deep understanding of the technologies you oversee, with the ability to \"dive deep\" into technical details when necessary. You will translate business needs into structured project plans, ensuring seamless communication between system engineers, vendors, and global stakeholders.
\n
Main Responsibilities\nProject Management
\n
\n
- End-to-End Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT infrastructure projects - including new site openings, system migrations, technology rollouts, and network upgrades - from initial scoping to final delivery.
\n
- Operational Excellence: Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all agreed objectives are met.
\n
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, resellers, and internal global teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all jurisdictions.
\n
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks and technical bottlenecks, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
\n
- Documentation: Produce high-quality project documentation, including project plans, status reports, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
\n
\nTechnical Infrastructure Oversight\n\n
- Microsoft Ecosystem: Supervise hybrid Microsoft environments - Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune - at both an operational and strategic level.
\n
- Cloud Integration: Oversee projects deployed across Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
\n
- Network Management: Coordinate with network providers to manage Cisco Meraki infrastructure across 200+ global locations.
\n
- Innovation: Contribute to the evaluation and selection of emerging technologies and innovative solutions to keep our infrastructure competitive.
\n
\nSecurity & Compliance\n\n
- Security Projects: Support IT security initiatives (Conditional Access, MFA, Endpoint Compliance) in coordination with the Cyber Security & Compliance Team.
\n
- Compliance: Ensure all infrastructure projects comply with international regulatory requirements and data protection standards across different regions.
\n
\nRequirements\n
\n
- Experience: 5+ years in the ICT sector, with at least 3 years in roles combining hands-on system engineering with infrastructure project management.
\n
- Technical Stack: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams).
\n
- Networking: Solid understanding of network architectures (VLAN, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, Routing) and Cisco/Meraki solutions.
\n
- Apple in Enterprise: Familiarity with managing Apple devices in a corporate environment (MDM, Apple Business Manager).
\n
- Global Mindset: Proven experience managing complex IT projects in international contexts with multiple stakeholders.
\n
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
\n
- Soft Skills: Structured approach, operational autonomy, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
\n
\nPreferred Qualifications\n
\n
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and administration.
\n
- Experience with ITSM platforms.
\n
- Previous experience in the Retail or Fashion industry.
\n
- Professional Certifications: Microsoft (MS-102, AZ-104) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PSM).
\n
- Knowledge of international cybersecurity and data protection regulations within retail contexts.
