As an HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Italy Country HR department. You’ll handle various administrative tasks related to employee records, benefits and compliance. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role. Your main responsibilities will be: - Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment - Process employees paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies - Manage of Mandatory Communications related to Employee Contracts - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations - Prepare HR Purchase Order - Account for Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti funds return - Support training/HR events logistic Qualifications: - Proven experience as an HR Admin or similar role: - Good communication (in Italian and English) and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Detail-oriented and well-organized Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
