What you'll do:
For our Digital Manufacturing Solutions & OT team, we are seeking a digital transformation enthusiast with leadership skills to serve as a Portfolio and Change Management Lead. You will lead a team of 6 project and release managers along with a change management lead. This role involves coordinating the manufacturing IT roadmap in collaboration with global and regional teams and stakeholders across manufacturing.
In detail, you will:
* Develop and implement a digitalization strategy to improve manufacturing operations.
* Oversee digital initiatives and manage change effectively.
* Monitor benefits realization and adoption of use cases.
* Collaborate with development teams to create scalable global solutions.
* Support digital ambassadors and community collaboration.
* Establish project management standards for efficient execution aligned with business goals.
* Manage the Enterprise Architecture approach for manufacturing.
* Align roadmaps across manufacturing functions and business areas with company objectives.
* Coordinate operating models between business units and factories, facilitating organizational change.
* Refine and align Digital Ways of Working and methodologies with stakeholders.
As part of continuous improvement, you will participate in Lean Thinking projects (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
* Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering, or Computer Sciences.
* Extensive experience in project and program management within manufacturing.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
* Track record of driving digital change management in complex environments.
* Strong stakeholder influence skills across regions and organizational boundaries.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multicultural settings.
* Experience with enterprise architecture.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
* Certifications such as PMP or CSM are beneficial.
* Fluent in English.
