Seasonal Sales Assistant – Christian Dior Couture – Portofino
Job responsibilities
* Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques.
* Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients through the details and stories of our products.
* Know the daily objectives and key performance indicators (KPI).
* Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add‑on sales.
* Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile.
* Understand how to handle the customer database and clienteling.
* Ensure a welcoming client‑focused environment, offering best‑in‑class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.
* Develop a local and international client book, recruiting and developing top clients.
* Problem‑solve in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client.
* Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update the stock after sales when necessary.
* Elaborate and supervise product feedback.
* Prepare delivery and essential elements for the products’ packaging and wrapping.
Requirements
* Preferred experience of 2–3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
* Knowledge of the products and selling techniques.
* University education or a fashion school degree.
* English (C1‑C2) is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
* Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.
