Do you enjoy working with assemblies, improving technical data consistency and optimizing product documentation and workflows? /p pAt Nordson Precision Agriculture (formerly known as Arag), you will join our RD Mechanical Engineering team to design and develop individual components (plastic parts, sheet metal, turned/machined components), manage assemblies and ensure the effective governance of our PDM system. /p pYou will operate in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to product design quality, data reliability and process efficiency. This is a permanent position based in Rubiera (Italy), reporting directly to the Mechanical Engineering Manager. /p h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesigning mechanical components, assemblies and sub-assemblies. /li liCreating and updating 3D models, drawings, BOMs and technical documentation. /li liEnsuring proper governance of the PDM system (workflows, codifications, revisions, data structure). /li liSupporting the standardization of components, modules and design methodologies. /li liCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release of product documentation. /li liContributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within RD. /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. /li liDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical background). /li liSolid knowledge of plastic parts, sheet metal components and turned/machined parts. /li liStrong knowledge of CAD modeling and assembly design. /li liExperience with PDM systems, including data management and governance. /li liGood understanding of technical documentation, BOM management and revision control. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). /li liFamiliarity with PLM systems is a plus. /li liProficient in Italian and basic (or intermediate) English level. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDetail-oriented, methodical and focused on data accuracy. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments. /li liAble to manage multiple tasks with discipline and consistency. /li liProactive, organized and capable of working both independently and in a team. /li liEager to improve workflows, structure information and contribute to operational excellence. /li liTech expert and naturally curious, you enjoy exploring digital tools, systems and workflows to improve efficiency and solve problems hands-on. /li liCustomer-focused mindset, especially toward internal stakeholders (RD, Production, Quality). /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe provide a stimulating environment where innovation, collaboration and professional growth go hand in hand.
