Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Ensure the customer's dining experience is one to rememberMaintain a high profile during service while being polite and helpfulTake instruction from the chef's and senior waiters, anticipate their requirementsKeep your station clean and clear at all timesIssue additional cutlery/glasses, bread and butter as requiredRun trays from the server to the stationReact promptly and deal with any spillages or breakagesCommunicate any issues to the station waiter/restaurant ManagerClean stations and be aware of waiter needs
