Main responsibilities
Customer Service
Help to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information between departments and with customers.
Contribute to customer support activities regarding order shipments, discrepancies, billing, etc.
Data and report activities
Compile, sort, and verify data is accurate before order entry and effectively solve potential problems and/or discrepancies.
Investigate overdue and damaged shipments.
Support analysis of complaints relating to billing or the service rendered, sending complaints for non‐performance to the services responsible for investigations, promptly updating customers.
