This role is pivotal in managing partner data, streamlining processes, and enabling sales growth through effective channel support and administration. The ideal candidate will act as a growth catalyst. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute on a channel strategy focused on revenue growth, partner success and market expansion /li liMaintain accurate data and leverage insights to identify opportunities, build actionable plans and track performance against KPIs /li liSupport onboarding and enablement of new channel partners, by conducting market analysis to serve new or growing vertical markets /li liCoordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of channel programs and promotions /li liMonitor compliance with channel policies, agreements, and incentive structures /li liGenerate reports and dashboards to track channel performance and highlight areas for improvement /li liRespond to partner inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner /li liContribute to process improvements and system enhancements to support scalable channel growth /li liStrong collaboration with the local salesforce to ensure the achievement of the business growth defined by the segment strategy /li liEnsure higher win rate, making post-mortem analysis on lost cases with sales /li liManage priority among customers with a hunter mindset and proactive approach to effectively ensuring the best quotations and offer follow ups /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related relevant experience /li li5+ years of experience in channel management/strategy, and channel partner program administration /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail /li liProficiency in Salesforce and other systems such as PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint /li liAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving abilities /li liSales acumen /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in industrial or infrastructure sectors /li liFamiliarity with channel sales models and partner ecosystems /li liKnowledge of SAP /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liProactively seeks feedback from peers and the manager /li liApplies new knowledge and tech to improve outcomes /li liIdentifies and mitigates risks /li liBreaks down problems effectively and leverages RCA /li liPerforms strongly under pressure or in face of challenges; leads change with optimism /li /ul pbTravel requirements: /b up to 75% /p pbLocation: /b North-Italy, responsible for the entire country /p pJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
