4. You will take part in an intensive onboarding and constant training courses paired with constructive feedback to help you evolve steadily.
Your Skills
1. You are based in Milan and have experience in customer service, customer consulting, or are a committed career changer (hotel business, catering, retail).
2. You enjoy communicating with potential customers over the phone and have the will to reach ambitious goals.
3. You possess extraordinary sales talent, and a "no" does not discourage you; on the contrary, you feel motivated by challenges.
4. You have a "growth" mindset - you are a fast learner, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile.
5. You are fluent in Italian and English.
