PpWe are happy to share that we have recurrent job opportunities for passionate bEngineering Graduates /b, as we have been permanently recruiting talents for our positions as bShift Operative Leader /b based in our plants in bSouthern Italy (Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi AV or Balvano PZ) /b! /p pThis will be the bstarting point /b of an exciting career in our dynamic and challenging bOperations function /b, that will enable you to consolidate both technical and managerial skills for a bbrilliant path in Ferrero /b! /p h3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3 pAs a bShift Operative Leader /b, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas of bProduction and Human Resources management /b. /p pIn particular, you will support theb execution of the production /b, coordinating the bline team /bin operational activitiesand ensuring the presence and the boptimization of production factors /b on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery). /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for the bpreparation and start-up of the lines /b in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team. You will manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce. You will also assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up his b"merit plan" /b. /p pEnsuring that bsafety standards /b(both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing the bContinuous Improvement initiatives /b. /p h3bAbout You: /b /h3 pYou will bring your university bMaster's Degree background in Engineering /b or equivalent and eventually some initial experience of one or two years in other bManufacturing companies /b. /p pYou will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of bproduction processes and interpersonal and management skills. /b /p pYour desire forb international mobility /b will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector. /p pAs a good communicator, byour fluency in both Italian and English /b will be key to perform in our environment. /p pAs a focal point in the production process,b you will work on shifts /b. /p pIf this role sounds appealing and you would like to be part of our pool of potential candidates, do not hesitate to submit your application!
