Descrizione
The candidate will work in the precision machining department, handling the operation, programming and setup of Mazak Integrex multi-tasking lathes dedicated to high‑precision, made‑to‑order parts destined for the maintenance department.
Requisiti
* Consolidated experience in turning on Mazak Integrex machines.
* Knowledge of Mazatrol Smooth and Mazatrol Matrix languages.
* Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings, with knowledge of symbols and tolerances.
* Independent use of bench measuring instruments.
Mansioni
* On‑machine programming (no CAD‑CAM).
* Setup, loading and unloading of the part and dimensional quality control.
* Creation of programmes and production of components according to the work schedule.
* Machining of materials such as AISI 630, AISI 420, 2343, HTCS, M390, W360, titanium and tungsten, with tolerances of G6, concentricity 0.02 mm and perpendicularity 0.02 mm.
* Handling parts with lengths from 20 mm to 1000 mm and diameters from 10 mm to 120 mm.
* Work on MAZAK Integrex I250H (6‑axis, Mazatrol Smooth) and MAZAK Integrex I200‑IV (5‑axis, Mazatrol Matrix).

* Contract level to be defined based on experience.
* Indicative RAL: €30 000 – €40 000.
