Role and Location
Junior Assistant to join our team in Piove di Sacco, Italy. The Junior Assistant will report to the Executive Assistant & Travel coordinator.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient and effective support to the Executive Team based in Piove di Sacco, cooperating with peers in other locations in EMEA or worldwide.
* Handle organization activities related to meeting organization, travel arrangements, assistance for expense reports preparation, and any other tasks required to support the executive team.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in providing assistant support to executives in a fast-paced, multinational environment is a plus;
* English fluency is a must;
* Italian fluency is a must;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
