The role
The candidates for this position will have hands-on experience as a Salesforce specialist (administrator, developer, integrator), and an interest in the FinTech space. You will be part of a team of 10 specialists and report to the Solutions Development & Integration Manager to play an important part in developing and managing the online and direct Sales company platform.
The ideal candidates have experience working in a collaborative environment following an Agile Methodology and have a genuine interest and passion for the technology they use.
They will also be joining an agile, young, international and innovative technical team that continuously keeps the platforms up to date with state-of-art technology and build industry-leading systems across the cloud.
Main responsibilities
10. Daily administration of Soldo Salesforce Org that supports Online/Direct Sales and Customer Success teams
11. Improve Salesforce processes based on the usage/needs of the internal stakeholders
12. Ensure timely delivery of reporting and data needs to each functional team
13. Helping boost the adoption and mentoring teams on how to use Salesforce to improve data quality
14. Develop, if needed, custom solutions (Apex Code, Lighting Web Components) needed to support more complex business processes
About you
15. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
16. Previous experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
17. Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (User Management, Profiles and Role, Field Configuration, Page Layouts)
18. Technical proficiency with Apex coding, Flow and Lighting Web Components
19. Data analytics mindset, ability to extract insights creating reports and dashboards
20. Strong attention to details
21. Proficiency with testing and debugging
22. Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships within your own team, department and the wider business
23. Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)
It would be nice if you have
24. Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge
25. Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and most common supporting tools (Jira)
26. Master of Science in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
