Job Description:
The selected candidate will support the HR Business Partner in People Management with particular focus on the following main activities:
- Act as first point of contact with the Personnel especially for ordinary day by day requests
- Contribute to the collection of recruitment and training needs
- Contribute to the delivery of development initiatives
- Manage all the administrative activities related to People Management in coordination with Personnel Administration
- Manage all the SAP/Workday activities related to People Management updates
Requirements:
1. University degree
2. Strong interest towards HR Management
3. Knowledge of MS Office; HR Information systems (e.g. Workday) will be a plus
4. English language: advanced written and spoken (B2/C1)
5. Excellent communication and relational skills
6. Aptitude to problem-solving
7. Flexibility
8. Team working aptitude
