Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role will focus on driving capital investments, advancing automation and smart factory technologies, and leading process engineering and maintenance activities to enable continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Investment & Capital Projects: Lead the planning, justification, and execution of capital investment projects aimed at modernizing manufacturing operations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project execution.
* Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization complying with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Lead Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Standardize best practices across sites and ensure scalability of solutions.
* Automation & Smart Factory: Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and flexibility. Evaluate and integrate Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and data analytics, into manufacturing processes. Partner with IT and digital transformation teams to support smart factory initiatives.
* Maintenance Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Support reliability engineering initiatives to improve equipment uptime and performance. Drive digitalization of maintenance processes through CMMS and data‑driven tools.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and develop a team made by engineers and technical specialists. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with global stakeholders to align engineering strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
* Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Proven track record in leading capital investment projects and automation initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
