Ph3SECURITY MANAGER /h3 pSan Clemente Palace Venice – /p h3Role Description /h3 pAs Security Manager, you will oversee all security operations to ensure the safety and protection of our guests, employees, and property across the island. You will lead the Security team, implement security procedures, manage emergency protocols, and collaborate with all hotel departments to uphold the highest standards of safety within a luxury environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervising, training, and leading the Security team /li liImplementing and maintaining security procedures, protocols, and emergency plans /li liMonitoring the safety of guests, staff, assets, and facilities across the island /li liConducting regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments /li liEnsuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies /li liManaging CCTV systems, access control, and incident-reporting processes /li liResponding promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns /li liCoordinating with external authorities when necessary /li liPreparing detailed reports on incidents, risks, and security performance /li liSupporting VIP arrivals, high‑profile events, and sensitive operations /li liProviding ongoing safety training for hotel employees /li liEnsuring a discreet, professional, and guest‑focused security presence /li liAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liPrevious experience as Security Manager or senior Security Officer in luxury hospitality or a comparable high‑standard environment /li liStrong leadership, communication, and crisis‑management skills /li liSolid understanding of safety regulations, risk prevention, and emergency protocols /li liAbility to remain calm, professional, and solution‑oriented in high‑pressure situations /li liHigh ethical standards, discretion, and integrity /li liExcellent organizational and decision‑making abilities /li liFamiliarity with security systems (CCTV, access control) and incident reporting /li liFluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) /li liA guest‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liLocation: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required) /li liType of work: Full time /li liFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods /li liYou must possess the legal right to work in Italy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
