Overview
In this role you partner with the business to align IT services with business needs, acting as service owner for local legacy apps and site point of contact for core IT projects. You will enforce group standards, drive continuous improvement, and promote a Schneider Digital culture focused on standardization and simplification. You’ll support digital transformation programs, manage service levels, and ensure smooth transitions to live environments while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as service owner for local legacy applications and site contact for core IT services and projects
* Enforce group standards and ensure IT service continuity and coverage of business needs
* Define, manage, and improve IT processes; provide leadership with focus on operations and service delivery
* Promote adoption of Group solutions and contribute to standardization and simplification of IT landscape
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and optimize use of local IT resources and vendors
* Deliver service excellence with continuous improvement and SLA/OLA adherence
* Escalate incidents as initial point of contact and keep stakeholders informed
* Coordinate with IT teams on outages/changes and communicate impact to business
* Support digital transformation programs and ensure smooth transitions to live environment
* Ensure compliance with Change Management and Audit requirements; support IT/Business Continuity Plans
* Identify and mitigate risks that affect IT service quality
* Promote adoption of Schneider Digital services within the country to maximize usage
* Understanding of how IT components support business
* Experience in application support and operations; knowledge of infrastructure components (servers, network, protocols, clients, printers)
* Knowledge of risk management in IT context
* Strong communication skills and ability to report progress
* Results-driven, organized, and proactive
* Ability to understand end-user perspective and support business needs
* Strategic, tactical, and operational contribution capability
* Ability to collaborate in a worldwide team across geographies
* Capacity to promote new services and transformation programs
