For our office in Settala (MI) we are looking for a IT Specialist
Core Responsibilities
1. System Maintenance & Setup
2. Manage location setups and updates within WMS
3. Ensure accurate configuration of warehouse zones and processes.
4. Operational Support
5. Monitor inbound and outbound logistics, including sequencing and part supply.
6. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies caused by system errors.
7. Process Optimization
8. Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes.
9. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
10. Communication & Training
11. Serve as the point of contact between warehouse staff and IT administrators.
12. Train team members on system usage and updates.
Typical Qualifications
13. Education
14. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering/Information technology
15. B.Com in Logistics is often preferred.
16. Experience
17. 5+ years in warehouse logistics.
18. 3–5 years in team leadership or supervisory roles.
19. 1–2 years in compliance and service delivery management.
20. The Knowledge of Autostore is a plus
21. Technical Skills
22. Advanced experience with warehouse management systems, especially WMS (Cargowrite could be a plus)
23. Familiarity with KPIs, inventory control, and sequencing processes
24. Availability for business trips
