Social Media & Paid Advertising SpecialistWe are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Paid Advertising Specialist who can manage content, advertising strategies, and analytics across our platforms. The role requires handling social media at 360°, from editorial strategy to paid campaigns, data analysis, and client interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop social media strategies and editorial plans (PED) for clients, manage organic presence and community, and ensure tone and storytelling consistency.Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) and SEM (Google Ads), including budget definition, targeting, A/B testing, and continuous optimization based on data.Prepare periodic reports, analyze trends and issues, and propose corrective actions, translating technical data into business value for clients.Maintain pixel and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel/CAPI, GA4, GTM), collaborate with web team for implementation, and ensure data cleanliness and consistency.Assist clients with Business Manager setup, ad account configuration, access permissions, and asset linking.Required QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience combining social media management and digital advertising.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.Operational knowledge of tracking systems (pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM) and measurement mechanisms.Ability to create strategies and PED with strong creative writing and storytelling skills.Analytical mindset; able to read data, identify problems, and propose solutions.Autonomous handling of multiple clients and parallel projects.Report and data analysis skills (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).Availability to work in person.Preferred QualificationsExperience with TikTok Ads or other emerging paid social platforms.Knowledge of SEO and GEO, generation engine optimization for AI overviews.Experience with Canva for report creation.Soft SkillsStrong organizational and time management abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication.Creativity and problem‑solving capabilities.Data‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.Team collaboration across departments.Proactive learning and development drive.What We OfferDynamic, creative, and collaborative work environment.Professional growth opportunities and skill development.Challenging projects.Competitive salary based on experience.Permanently employed, appropriate level for skills, CCNL Commercio.On‑site position; remote applications notconsidered.How to ApplyTo apply, submit your application via LinkedIn or contact us directly.
