Job Description
The World Scleroderma Foundation (WSF) is a global charity dedicated to improving understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). It brings together patients, clinicians, and researchers worldwide to advance scientific progress and equity of care.
Main missions include promoting research and education, building global clinical guidelines, convening the Systemic Sclerosis World Congress, supporting EUSTAR, and promoting education of physicians.
Strategic priorities for the next decade are early diagnosis, expanding the global network, research leadership, closing the global gap in care, investing in talent, and increasing visibility and fundraising.
Role
The Executive Director will be responsible for turning the Board's strategic vision into action and ensuring delivery against clear priorities and timelines. The role requires a hands‑on leadership approach focused on execution, coordination, and accountability, ensuring WSF's activities achieve measurable outcomes and global impact.
