Job Description:
The Assistant Finance Administration will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations and ensuring a smooth administrative workflow.
Main Responsibilities
* Financial tasks, including accounting, analytical tasks, and facilitating communication within the finance department.
* Preparation of annual financial statements.
* Treasury management, bank reconciliations, account receivable, account payable, collection of debts, active/passive invoicing, monthly VAT compensation, withholding tax, lipe, enasarco, intrastat, duties (accise).
* Sales support reporting and records expense notes, customs bills.
Requirements:
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* General notions of accounting.

About the Role:
This is a temporary replacement due to maternity leave of our colleague, full-time role for an Assistant Finance Administration. The role is based in Milan area and requires someone with strong financial skills and experience in administration.
