Time & Action (T&A) Management: Develop and maintain the production Time & Action (T&A) calendar, tracking each milestone and ensuring all departments and suppliers adhere to deadlines. Shipping Documentation Verification and System Upload: Review packing lists, invoices, and export documentation for accuracy and compliance, and upload them into internal systems to ensure smooth dispatch and efficient customs clearance. Requirements:Degree in Economics or related fields.At least 1-2 years of experience in this field.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Fluent command of the English language (written and spoken).Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
