BMA Milano Srl is seeking a
Mid-Level Architect (3–5 years of professional experience)
to join our team and work on hospitality and ultra-luxury projects across the
USA, Maldives, India, and other regions
, with exposure to projects for leading global hospitality brands such as
Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, Taj, Radisson, and Westin
.
English
is our primary language of communication.
We are looking for architects with strong design sensibility and solid professional experience across all key project stages within an architecture studio environment.
Key Requirements:
– 3–5 years of professional experience in an architecture studio
– Strong working knowledge of
Revit
through professional studio experience only; academic experience will not be considered
– Working knowledge of
Rhino
;
Grasshopper
is a plus
– Proven experience in
concept design, design development, and working drawings
through real studio projects
– Ability to work clearly and collaboratively across all project stages
– Fluent communication skills in
English
– Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflows is a plus
