This role combines hands‑on IT with collaboration across teams to deliver value and impact for a sustainable future.ResponsibilitiesAct as service owner contact for R&I applications and ensure production stabilityCoordinate with Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and other IT teams to deliver value to customersManage relationships with software vendors to ensure support and continuityProvide professional services and ensure data quality within SLAs (ticketing, inventory updates)Maintain functional and technical knowledge of the service and participate in continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with peers and share knowledge to support the team and usersInnovate and propose new solutions or improvements for R&I applicationsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT roleGood knowledge of ELN (Revvity) and lab applications like Agilent OpenLab is a plusUnderstanding of laboratory processes and scientific data managementStrong knowledge of IT components: workstations, identity management xjrgpwk (Active Directory, Intune)Knowledge of IT technologies, networks, hosting, cybersecurity, databasesExperience with incident and request management using a ticketing tool (BMC Helix preferred)Monitoring software updates and managing changesFluency in EnglishBenefits & CompensationSalary range 46,300–66,400 EURMaternity/paternity leave (16 weeks or more)Training platform for all employeesFree well-being sessionsHybrid working modelSupportive leadership
