The Network Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth and optimization of the dealer network to ensure coverage, performance, and compliance with brand standards. This role involves analyzing market potential, managing dealer appointments, monitoring performance, and coordinating network development projects in alignment with corporate objectives.
Support the identification of new dealer opportunities based on market analysis and coverage needs.
Assist in dealer selection, appointment processes, and contractual formalities.
Track dealer KPIs and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement and network performance.
Conduct geographic and demographic to support network development plans and coverage strategies.
Ensure dealer adherence to brand standards, corporate identity, and operational guidelines.
Assist in network-related projects such as relocations, new openings, and terminations, liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and network planning.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related fields.
~3+ years of experience in dealer network development, retail operations, or similar roles in the automotive sector.
~ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
~ Fluent in English both spoken and written.
~ Knowledge of geographic analysis tools (preferred).
~ Excellent organizational and project management skills.
