EVENT COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
The event coordinator assistant is required to coordinate projects in the OBS Warehouse in Italy and IBC (Milan)
Duties/Responsibilities
•Coordinating projects, mainly venue deliveries at the IBC and the OBS Warehouse in Italy.
•Liaison with the Organising Committee regarding venues delivery procedures, security procedures and general access procedures at both locations.
•Report completion of projects and deliveries to the OBS Logistics Manager.
•Supervising on site shuttle services from/to the OBS Warehouse in Italy will be on time.
•Supervising on site uniforms distribution to Logistics Team.
•Liaison with the Organising Committee logistics teams.
•Other duties and tasks as assigned (organize meetings, book accommodation, solve any kind of problems...)
Experience/Skills
•Ability to communicate in English (advanced) and Italian, written and verbal;
•Ability to demonstrate management of Logistics projects.
•Italian Driving License with clean driving record.
Workplace and Environment
•Fast paced work environment.
•Operations are based in the OBS Warehouse in Italy but also in the IBC.
•Outdoor sport venues are subject to varied weather condition.
•Full time shift work including evening and weekends.
•Subject to national/international criminal background checks.

Contract duration: from September 15, 2025 to April 30, 2025.
Work location: Vignate or Milan
Work schedule: Shifts, including weekends and evenings
