Responsibilities Actively manage the social media presence of several hotels in Florence and Rome (with possible future expansion to other cities as needed). Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram. Make regular visits to hotels in Florence and Rome to generate exclusive content. Evaluate and analyze the performance of social profiles, and propose strategic improvements. Interact with followers and increase engagement. Qualifications Passion for social media and creativity in content generation. Knowledge of content creation and editing using tools such as CapCut. Knowledge of photography and video for content creation and editing. Proactivity and analytical skills to evaluate social media performance. Residency in Rome or Florence and availability to travel to Venice as required. Proven experience of 3 years as a Community Manager or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Ability to manage and respond to comments and messages in real-time. Solid knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing strategies. Ability to collaborate with other departments and generate synergies in the overall marketing strategy.
