Demand planner (h/f)

About the Role

You will be responsible for the PH Division's sales forecasts, ensuring that products are available in the quantities and at the times required by customers and the company.

You will be responsible for obtaining a Demand volume validated by all Business teams.

You will ensure that information is circulated between internal partners (marketing, customer service, supply).

What you will do Manage sales forecasts
1. Prepare the Monthly Demand review, conduct the meeting with the local customer service, sales, marketing, finance and obtain validation of all annual volumes.

2. Consolidate demand in SAP and MKI file on a weekly basis

3. Reconcile quarterly DP forecasts with Finance

4. Attend monthly S&OP meeting

5. Monitor product life cycle

6. Update forecasts in line with PIPO

7. Set up forecasts for new products and monitor sales/forecasts

Analysis and Reporting
10. Monitor the sales forecast performance indicator on a weekly basis (Forecast accuracy lag4 and BIAS)

11. Attend weekly enrichment call and bi-monthly MKI call with Service Team (in charge of Forecast Stats): Analyze forecast deviations and draw up corrective action plans

12. Check business opportunities and losses in the CRM, update the list of potentials and update forecasts

13. Analyze SLOC root causes and attend weekly meetings with Sus (supply service), customer service and logistics

14. Update the 'product availability' file, providing visibility on production and supplies of out-of-stock products, and attend the 'product availability' meeting once every 2 weeks

15. Set up routings for Stock Allocation, monitor local stock to avoid shortages and request stock from other countries if necessary

16. Constant improvement of procedures

Who Are You ?
17. Higher education in sales, management or logistics (BAC+4) or proven professional experience in a similar position

18. Good command of English

19. Proficiency in Excel (good level)

20. Good knowledge of SAP

21. Definition of priorities & organization
