For the Italian branch we are looking the: : Posizione: The purpose of this role is to be a partner and consultant with management to align employee policy and practices with business objectives. The position represents the HR function and aims to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the values and priorities of the organization. - Key Responsibilities:_ - Consults with line management, providing general HR guidance when appropriate. - Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies. - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees. - Meets regularly with management and employees to ensure business objectives, performance and employee satisfaction are aligned. - Provides performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Identifies training needs for business units and individual career coaching needs. Requisiti: - Education and Experience:_ - progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions. - Experience with cross-functional and multi-functional project team(s). - Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including staffing, compensation practices, talent acquisition & recruiting, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. - Must be proficient using Microsoft Office - Fluent in English
