What we offer: - Permanent employment contract - Support in reconciling work and family life - Europe-wide employee app "LEAPP" - Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel Group - Training and development programmes at our Leonardo Academy - Team events Your Main Duties: - Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, where all areas of the business are managed and the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels - Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence while delivering the company vision - Meeting and greeting guests and VIPs, as well as regular guests, recognizing and anticipating their individual needs - Handling of guest’s complaint - Formulating budgets and preparing monthly revenue/expense forecasts - Ensuring the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests - Meeting with managers of departments such as restaurant and spa to discuss business operations - Supervising maintenance, suppliers, renovations and furnishings - Ensuring security is effective - Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners - Carrying out inspections of property and services with consistency - Promoting and marketing the business Your Profile: - BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself - Degree and/or diploma in hotel management or other related fields - Minimum of 5 years operational management experience - Solid background in international hospitality companies with particular focus on F&B and Wellness/SPA departments - Revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L and forecasting - Financial acumen - Entrepreneurs skills - Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communications skills - Fluent in English and in Italian.
