Posizione: The Financial Control and Planning Team at Fater is responsible for the management of core financial reports, to support decision-making and shareholders reporting. As a Corporate Controller, you will play a key role in managing actual reporting and forecasting processes. This includes the consolidation, analysis, and interpretation of financial reports to ensure alignment with business objectives and company standards. Reporting to the Financial Control and Planning Senior Manager, your responsibilities will encompass sales analysis, reporting and profit and loss analysis. You will collaborate with Commercial / Supply Chain controllers, as well as directly interface with the shareholders (Angelini and P&G) reporting unit. What you will do - Consolidate and conduct comprehensive P&L analyses for Monthly Closing and Budget Revisions; - Sales reporting & analysis for executive management - Lead profitability analysis at the country, channel and category level - Provide governance and compliance support related to existing processes and new business initiatives. Requisiti: What you need to succeed - Degree in finance, management engineering, economics or equivalent. Focus on Corporate Finance and Accounting is a plus. - Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1) - Passion for leveraging new technologies and managing big data to improve financial insights - Attention to detail, a strong sense of commitment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team - Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
