You’ll collaborate with global teams, gain diverse perspectives, and contribute to solutions that extend beyond our business—creating value in the world around us.Together, we are shaping the future of digitization and paving the way for the next generation of innovation.You will make an impact in the following way:Maintain product quality at the highest level and regulate necessary production and administrative processes.Introduce quality standards and ensure their compliance.Demonstrate compliance to customers and supervisory bodies.Ensure the quality and environmental management system complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.Communicate system performance, development proposals, and reports to management.Promote awareness of legal and other expectations within the organization, aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.Supervise, coordinate, and develop continuous improvement (Lean and Kaizen) activities.Represent the mindset required for continuous improvement, emphasizing long‑term interests.What you will bring:Higher technical education.Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management systems.English language proficiency.Knowledge of the cable industry, production capabilities of manufacturing machines, and basic knowledge of the customer and supplier base.Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills, plus flexibility.Experience in work organization/management and knowledge of Kaizen and Lean.If you are interested in the position, please attach your English CV indicating your salary expectations.Let’s Create Possibilities Together. xlwpduy Join a global community shaping the future of intelligent connectivity.
