Centrufficio S.p.A., a historic Milanese company with 40 years of experience in manufacturing and selling office furniture, partition walls, and turnkey renovations, is seeking to hire an Accounting Clerk for its Pioltello (MI) headquarters. The role focuses on managing Financing, Leasing, and Credit Management (Grenke), within a team responsible for credit management, disbursement, and recovery.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Verification of daily bank transfers, associating them with sales invoices, and transmitting for accounting registration.
2. Management of operational leases.
3. Handling financing requests and liquidation processes.
4. Monthly reconciliation of overdue Ri.Ba and distressed customer accounts.
5. Managing collections via PayPal or credit cards.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
* High school diploma in a technical/scientific field.
* Excellent proficiency in MS Office and main IT tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills, critical analysis, and deadline management.
* Good knowledge of English (preferred).
