Since 2018, Agap2 Italia has been operating throughout Italy in the following sectors: Energy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, and Construction. /ppReport to LQ Construction Superintendent, the HVAC/Piping Supervisor oversees the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and piping systems in oil and gas facilities. This role ensures that all activities are executed according to engineering specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements. It involves hands-on supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and interface with QA/QC and commissioning teams tasks detailed as follows. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3h3PIPING SUPERVISION /h3ulliSupervise fabrication, erection, fit-up, welding, and testing of process and utility piping systems. /liliMonitor installation according to isometrics, PIDs, piping class, and material specs. /liliOversee hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, flushing, blowing, and reinstatement. /liliCoordinate with welders, fitters, and pipe support teams to ensure correct assembly and alignment. /liliReview and verify weld maps, spools, and test packs. /li /ulh3HVAC SUPERVISION /h3ulliSupervise installation of HVAC systems including ducting, air handling units (AHUs), fans, chillers, and ventilation systems. /liliMonitor fitting, alignment, sealing, insulation, and supports for ducts and mechanical equipment. /liliEnsure compliance with design drawings, airflow balance requirements, and marine/offshore HVAC specifications. /liliSupport testing and commissioning: leak testing, duct cleaning, filter installation, and performance checks. /li /ulh3PROJECT COORDINATION /h3 ulliPlan daily activities and assign tasks to technicians and subcontractors. /liliEnsure tools, materials, and equipment are available and used safely. /liliInterface with other disciplines (civil, electrical, instrumentation) to resolve clashes and ensure smooth progress. /liliParticipate in constructability reviews and walkdowns with QC and commissioning teams. /li /ulh3HSE QUALITY ASSURANCE /h3 ulliEnforce safety procedures and monitor compliance with PTW, LOTO, and SIMOPS protocols. /liliParticipate in toolbox talks and risk assessments (JSA/JHA). /liliCoordinate with QA/QC for inspections: visual checks, weld inspections, and HVAC pressure tests. /liliEnsure all works meet project specifications, codes (ASME, API, ISO, SMACNA), and client standards. /li /ulh3DOCUMENTATION REPORTING /h3 ulliMaintain daily progress reports, manpower logs, and as-built updates. /liliSupport the closure of punch lists and preparation of mechanical completion dossiers. /liliCollaborate in commissioning and handover activities including test record reviews. /li /ulh3SKILLS COMPETENCIES /h3 ulliProficient in interpreting PIDs, isometric drawings, HVAC duct layouts, and installation specs. /liliHands-on understanding of piping materials (carbon steel, stainless, GRE/GRP) and HVAC components. /liliStrong leadership and team coordination skills in multi-discipline environments. /liliWorking knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures. /liliFamiliar with QA/QC protocols and safety regulations in oil and gas projects. /li /ulh3MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ulliBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering. /liliWork experience of ten (10) years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree. /liliExcellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write specifications and reports. /li /ulh3The world needs you /h3 pAGAP2 is an equal opportunity employer: we believe that all forms of diversity are a source of mutual enrichment.
