Lead Manufacturing Engineer Title: Manufacturing Specialist – Manuf Eng Specialist Our Industrial Energy Technology team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. We collaborate with teams to solve technical challenges and design future innovations. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Train and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, with proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume production environment. Great knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in English and Italian. Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing is a plus. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
