For our pharma client in Milan we are looking for a Content Delivery Associate (Digital Project Manager) as a freelancer.
Tasks:
* Collaborate with local brand leadership to drive adoption of services; ensure content delivery
* Triage new requests and assign to resources
* Ensure quality, timelines, and feedback loops with market
* Work with various stakeholders like content team, brand teams, omnichannel teams
* Coordinate complex projects as project manager; liaison to offshore teams
* Implement change management and communications
* Prioritize work and set delivery plans considering capacity
* Use reporting/utilization metrics to measure adoption and drive improvements
Qualification:
* Excellent knowledge of the pharma regulation applying to the content
* Track record of successfull program/project management (risk, planning)
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Understanding of content management workflows
* Cross-functional collaboration and follow-through
* Supplier/financial accountability
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Business English and Italian
