STAGE IN CUSTOMER CARE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Intern to support our team in sales order processing for ROCKWOOL Core Solutions customers.This internship will help you acquire practical skills and a solid understanding of the key tasks and processes related to order handling. Over time, you will gain broad experience and develop the autonomy needed to succeed in a fast‐paced work environment.

What you will be doingYou will be supported and trained to contribute to the main sales order processing activities, including:Order entry and follow‐up in SAPManaging the order book and monitoring delivery timelinesCommunicating with customers (phone/email) regarding enquiries, order status, delivery dates and updatesCoordinating with production planners, logistics teams and factories across EuropeEnsuring accurate and timely processing of customer ordersCollecting, recording and following up on customer claims/complaints, liaising with the relevant internal departmentsData entry and maintenance in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer recordsGeneral administrative support to the Customer Care team and KAMs, including documentation handling (delivery notes, invoices, reports, archiving), ensuring compliance with established standards and rulesWhat you bringBachelor's degree and/or previous experience in Customer ServiceStructured and organised working style, with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressureCustomer focus, problem‐solving mindset and results orientationGood Microsoft Office skillsSAP knowledge is a plusExcellent command of Italian and English, both written and spokenWe also attach great importance to Integrity and a positive attitude: you are proactive, reliable and enjoy working in a team.
