ResponsibilitesSupport the Finance team in the invoice validation and cost control process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed logistics ratesPerform logistics cost analysis and transportation cost evaluations, validating pricing for each shipment with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providersAct as a key user and reference for the Transportation Management System (TMS), contributing to system maintenance, optimization and continuous improvementManage and develop the relationship with the Brazil sourcing hub, providing daily operational support on finished product export logisticsCoordinate inbound international logistics flows from raw material suppliers to Prometeon factoriesWork cross-functionally with the Supply Chain team to define international transportation strategies and logistics requirements
RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Procurement / Purchasing, Transportation or Supply Chain rolesMaster's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics or ManagementProven experience in managing logistics service providers, including transport carriers, freight forwarders, 3PL and warehousing providersHands-on experience with RFQ processes, supplier evaluation and negotiation in logistics and transportation servicesStrong knowledge of logistics cost structures (transport rates, fuel surcharge, accessorial and extra costs)Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform cost comparison and spend analysisAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and solid knowledge of MS Office toolsFluent English (written and spoken); Italian requiredProactive, autonomous and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international supply chain environment
