This includes the design and implementation of innovative cell based assays with the aim of gaining insights on biological mechanisms and cellular responses, creating a solid foundation far the development of new therapeutic applications.The successful candidate is expected to interact on a daily basis with the other lab scientists in arder to generate personal relationships and the relevant technical environment necessary to enable a comprehensive Systems Biology approach.The successful candidate is expected to work independently, in the framework of collaborations with international academic institutions.RequirementsPh D in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, BiotechnologyScientific background (Biology, Biotechnology)Experience in cell culture and manipulation: Skilled in cell culture.

Experience in microscopy, cell viability assays and knowledge of flow cytometer techniques.

Experience with primary cell culture, ca-colture and 3 D cellular models.Gene expression analysis: experience with quantitative PCR and knowledge of gene expression profiling techniques, including RNA-seq and microarrays.Protein analysis: experience in protein quantification, immunoblotting and ELISAFluent in EnglishExperience with Agilent Seahorse XF Analyzers will be considered a valuable asset.
