Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive growth for the Southern Europe marketplace by designing scalable levers for supply and demand. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams to launch pricing and matching innovations, automate key processes, and use advanced analytics to improve performance. You'll contribute to regional strategy while translating data insights into actionable recommendations. This position offers impact across Italy and Greece, with opportunities to shape pricing, experiments, and product features for sustainable expansion.

Design and execute supply- and demand‐side investments; evaluate their impact
Lead innovative analytics‐driven projects on the Southern Europe marketplace
Launch and assess marketplace product features and pricing technologies
Automate core business processes and design experiments to drive improvements
Support regional financial management, forecasting and budgeting
Contribute to Southern Europe strategy development and execution
Prepare leadership‐level presentations
Responsabilità English proficiency
Data extraction, cleansing, analysis and visualization; strong SQL and Excel/gsheets
Experience with data modeling (R or Python is a plus)
Experience with dashboard design (Google Studio) and ETL/data automation
Pricing analyses and investment/matching solutions experience
Financial management and budgeting awareness
Strategy development capabilities
Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, Cursor) is a plus
