Responsible for executing aerodynamic development using CFD and wind tunnel testing. Assists department leaders in mentoring with a key focus on wind tunnel model preparation, testing quality, data analysis, and CAD.brstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strong /pulliPromote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments. /liliImproving the aerodynamic development methodology and processes to advance the aerodynamic performance of the car. /liliParticipate in wind tunnel testing, coordinating all aspects necessary for a successful test. /liliAnalyze aerodynamic modelling (experimental numerical simulation) results and synthesize alternative designs. /liliMentor and guide members other member of the team. /liliWrite and maintain procedures and test plans. /liliCreate and preserve accurate production documentation for test parts. /liliConstruct reports to communicate findings. /liliDirect or undertake surface definition and concept scheming. /liliDirect or undertake model part design. /liliDevelop aerodynamic analysis tools. /liliFollow all safety regulations in all venues. /liliOther duties as assigned by the Aerodynamics Team Leader or their designee.br/li /ulstrongEducation And Work Experiencebr/strongGCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required.
