PpThe Maintenance Automation Technician is a subject‑matter expert in process automation with strong hands‑on electrical and mechanical maintenance capabilities. This role combines deep technical expertise with operational autonomy to manage complex maintenance activities and ensure the reliability and safety of production assets. The position is responsible for defining and improving preventive and corrective maintenance programs to guarantee business continuity. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide advanced technical support to the Cadorago Distribution Center, focusing on the performance of slitting lines and automated packaging systems. /li liDiagnose complex technical issues and develop/execute effective corrective and preventive actions. /li liLead automation optimization and control system modifications across manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. /li liManage business-critical suppliers and network with internal technical experts to share best practices. /li liParticipate in local maintenance strategy, including budget input and subcontractor management. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liYou have a minimum of 3 years of successful industrial maintenance experience, preferably in the paper, slitter/rewinder, or adhesive tape industries. /li liYou possess the proven ability to independently troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical systems on highly automated machinery. /li liYou have a solid understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics. Practical experience with automation networks (hardware and software). Deep knowledge of Rockwell and Siemens technology will be considered a strong plus. /li liYou speak and write Italian fluently.
