Role and Responsibilities
Support activities:
Support and advise managers in the daily management of their teams and in HR-related decision-making processes Support employees on regulations, company policies, and HR requests Manage and support complex situations (conflicts, disciplinary actions, operational issues)
Operational management and HR development:
Oversee and coordinate personnel administrative processes (contracts, mandatory communications, attendance, payroll, and labor law compliance) with the support of external consultants Ensure the management of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, training, skills development, and career growth) Contribute to workforce planning and personnel budgeting Manage the training budget and ensure implementation of the training plan Coordinate activities related to industrial relations Manage recruitment and selection activities (job interviews, relationships with employment agencies, related administrative tasks, etc.)
HR Governance and projects:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), and company regulations Monitor and analyze HR data (reporting, statistics, KPIs) to support decision-making Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Organizational Model 231, policies, and management systems Participate in internal and Network HR projects, as well as continuous improvement initiatives
Health, Safety and well-being:
Support the RSPP/ASPP in prevention and training activities related to health and safety Collaborate with the occupational physician in managing employee health surveillance plans
Internal communication:
Manage activities related to internal communication Participate in Network internal communication projects Develop employer branding initiatives (schools, universities, events, etc.)
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Economics, or Law At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles or within employment agencies Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments (preferred) Knowledge of labor law regulations
Skills
Knowledge of personnel administration and payroll Knowledge of labor law and industrial relations Ability to analyze HR data and perform reporting Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, development, compensation) Proficiency in HR management systems Strong interpersonal skills (mediation and negotiation) Effective communication, active listening, and empathy Problem-solving and conflict management skills Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities Discretion and reliability Flexibility and adaptability to change Collaborative leadership (Servant Leadership) Decision-making ability and strategic mindset Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Italian fluent English (minimum B level)
