We were meant to fly.As Intern - Airfoils Manufacturing Engineer you will optimize manufacturing processes and cycle times through Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, collaborating with cross‐functional teams to analyze and document engineering changes, reduce costs and build accurate technical records aligned with customer requirements.Essential Responsibilities
Participate in a project of productive cycle management, studying and developing manufacturing processes and documenting changesParticipate in LEAN initiative and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvementsStudy in order to implement cycle time, process improvements, reduce costs and reach target goalsBring new ideas and positive support to the current processesInterface in an effective manner with all manufacturing departmentsAnalyze and verify engineering designs and technical data are accurately documentedContribute to improve an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and meet customer/end user requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
Master's Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Material or Management EngineeringKnowledge of technical drawingsFluent Italian and EnglishAbility to analyze problems and provide efficient solutionsCurious and eager to learnStrong oral and written communication skillsWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
