DescriptionAs IT Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, reliability, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure across the hotel and staff accommodation, ensuring seamless functionality to support both guest services and internal operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure 24/7 functionality and reliability of all IT networks and systemsOversee the configuration and maintenance of software, hardware, and network systemsAdminister and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure including multimedia systems, internet servers, printers, telephony, backups, and moreProvide user support and training for hotel staffMonitor data security and ensure GDPR compliance in collaboration with the data protection specialistManage cyber security risks and initiatives in coordination with the Head OfficeEnsure compliance with PCI standards and manage regular penetration testsImplement IT security measures and oversee related compliance tasksLead IT-related projects from conception through execution and developmentPrepare and manage the IT department's budget, forecasts, and reportsAct as the main point of contact for all IT matters internally and externally (head office, vendors, and service providers)Supervise and mentor a small IT teamWhat We Are Looking ForVocational training or university degree in IT or related fieldProven experience in a similar IT leadership role, ideally within the luxury hospitality sectorFamiliarity with Opera PMS and Oracle Simphony is a strong advantageStrong analytical and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindsetHands-on mentality with excellent prioritization and troubleshooting abilitiesAffinity for budgeting, reporting, and IT performance metricsFluency in English and Italian;
